Handcrafted English leather dog collars and leads

 Welcome to our range of beautiful dog collars and leads all made from the finest 3 - 4.5mm English bridle Leather and crafted using traditional saddlers' methods.

Our collars are made to order, please check our measurement guide before placing an order the size you need is not the overall length of a current collar. You can find our measuring guide here collar sizing guide. 

All fittings are cast from solid brass or nickel plate.

All our collars and leads are handmade from scratch from cutting out and hand stitching to the final edge polish. All edges on our collars and leads are bevelled (rounded off) and hand polished for extra comfort.

The hand stitching is carried out using a waxed, braided polyester. We decided to use this thread as being based close to the coast linen thread deteriorates much quicker. 

All our collars and leads are stitched with a thread colour to complement the leather or in white (actually it is more cream than white).

If you do have a very fine breed our collars may not be suitable due to the thickness of the leather we use.

As our items are made to order please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery, however we do try to get items to you quicker (most items are dispatched within 10 days). In very busy periods it may take a little longer, if this is the case we will contact you via email and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.

People often avoid purchasing a leather collar and lead as their canine friend likes to go swimming. It is absolutely fine for your collar to get wet and salty. It is advisable to clean any salt water off the leather. We have put together a general leathercare guide here - Leathercare.
